7th ANNUAL LUTHERAN STUDIES
September 28, 2017
Anderson University Center
Come Join in the Song and Celebration!
This conference will focus on the liberating and reforming role singing has played in the Protestant tradition from its very beginning. Participants will be invited to participate in song and learn about the role music has played in the Lutheran and Gospel music traditions.
Following the conference, the National Lutheran Choir, directed by Dr. David Cherwien, will perform at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 28 in Lagerquist Concert Hall.
The conference is free and open to the public and is made possible by the generosity of the anonymous donors who endowed the University Chair in Lutheran Studies.
