Return Policy

RETURN POLICY:

GENERAL MERCHANDISE may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Original receipt is required, and merchandise must be in original condition purchased

PLEASE NOTE: Returns for purchases paid by check will be refunded with cash with proof, from your bank, that the check has cleared. Please bring a copy of the cleared check to the store in order to obtain your refund

TEXTBOOK AND COURSE RELATED MATERIALS:

• Any required materials purchased for a course from the Lute Locker or www.lutelocker.com can only be returned if a course has been dropped after 30 days of the beginning of that course.  Proof that the course was dropped is required.  Items with access codes that have been used will not be accepted
• Textbooks purchased through our supplier, MBSDirect can only be returned through your MBSDirect account
